The Review

This guide rates some of the most widely used stores following a review of their key attributes; inventory, price, shipping and handling and checkout mechanisms. In essence, the key things buyers look out for.

Our research team carried out test orders at each site and collated public survey results from the AFOL and TFOL communities (Adult Fan of LEGO and Teenage Fan of LEGO) throughout January 2013 to September 2013.

Over 25 stores were reviewed. Any deemed ‘bad’ or ‘ugly’ in terms of customer service and delivery performance were dropped from the final short-list provided below.

Work is already underway for the LEGO Buyers Guide 2015 and you can help by completing the online survey.
